We are confident that you will be very happy with our products and appreciate their exquisite qualities. For most of our handcrafted ceramic and glass items, it is important to note that our artisan production methods are devised to produce products with individual character. It is a central part of our ethos that the human hand is evident in the final product and therefore no two items that we produce are ever absolutely identical.
However, if you are not satisfied with a product and wish to return or exchange it (shipping charges exluded), we will gladly assist you to return or exchange following these steps:
- In order to begin the return and exchanges process, you must send an email to email@example.com stating the reason for the return.
- Please ensure you contact us within 15 days from the purchase date.
- Once your information is received, you will be sent an authorization number and a return shipping address to our warehouse. Please note that return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- Returned items must arrive back to us in new condition, unused, and in original packages.
Please note only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves and give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
As some of our products are ceramic and glass therefore breakable, we advise that you ensure your return is well wrapped with a clear FRAGILE sticker placed on the package. We regret we are unable to refund items that arrive back with us broken or damaged.
Once the warehouse has confirmed receipt of the returned item and has verified that the item is in its original, unused condition, your method of payment will be issued a refund. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund. Please be advised it may take a few weeks for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
