Shipping & Delivery
We partner with Canada Post, UPS and DHL to deliver your purchase, and provide different options of shipping services such as standard, xpresspost, and priority.
When you reach checkout and enter your valid shipping address, shipping options and rates will be displayed for your consideration.
An order confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address once your order has been placed. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@monocot.ca.
All orders are processed within 24-72 hours. Please note that this can take longer during our sale periods. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You'll receive another shipping confirmation email that shows your order status once your order has been shipped out. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday to Friday, and based on your choice of delivery service and destination, delivery time varies from 2-9 business days for orders in Canada/US. Please note delivery standards are for items sent between most major urban centres(some exceptions may apply).
For international orders, we provide both international air and international surface service. It usually takes 3-10 business days for international air shipping and up to 1-2 months for international surface shipping. Please notice that you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. Duties and taxes will vary by country.
We centralise all distributions from our warehouse in Vancouver, Canada, and we work closely with our logistics partners to minimize the impact to our customers of any sorts of delays while keeping the shipping cost reasonable to you. In the case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email.
